History of Trillium Dell Timberworks![]()
The company was incorporated on January 1, 1998. By the spring of 1999, the board of directors decided that in order to sustain our rapid growth, we would require larger facilities. After looking for months for a suitable location, we purchased eighty acres in Knox County, Illinois. Not only does this location suit our business's needs, it allows us to express our philosophy of sustainable resource management. By the fall of 2000, it became apparent that another entity would be needed to handle the high demand for our timber framing skills. Thus, Trillium Dell Timberworks was created. Old Blue Construction, Inc continues to do custom renovation work on historic buildings such as church steeples, theaters, barns and downtown brick buildings.
