St. John U.S. Virgin Islands Timber Frame
Trillium Dell Timberworks fabricated and hand-raised a 25’ x 36’ Treslewood II “Salty Fir” timber frame on an island off the coast of St. John. There are four hammer beam style bents that form the great room overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Passage. A 12’ x 25’ kitchen with loft joins the great room of this home. This home was featured in Timber Home Living’s 2007 Annual Buyer’s Guide.
